ABOUT THE D60
Based on our classic MDT delay comes the D60, a pedal that embraces simplicity, maximizes tone, and generates a dose of repetitions where notes and chords are wrapped in a dreamy cloud.
At short delay times, the sound is clean, balanced, audible but never intrusive, always in favor of filling silences instead of mudding up melodies. From 400 milliseconds onwards, the delays start to become dirtier, certain artifacts of the digital sampling engine increase, while at the maximum time of 800 milliseconds it gives us repetitions of maximum lo-fi texture.
The analogue saturator filter also helps to colour the sound, and its presence is particularly felt when the feedback oscillations begin to grow and become more and more saturated, generating some interesting eruption of distortion in the delay, with the virtue of limiting its volume, so that they are always matched with the original clean signal.
TIP: take the feedback to 80-90% and move the delay time - leave the guitar and play the song with the feedback oscillations!
Includes a feedback cut-off on the bypass switch, so that when the pedal is not active the feedback is cancelled, and starts again only when the effect is activated.
